I. 2D Workflow’s Built-In Label Editor

2D Workflow has a custom label creator inside of the Shipment Workflow. This button is great for creating custom “Sold as Set” and “Do Not Separate” labels or just printing anything you want on an item label.

To access this feature:

1. Click the Print Custom Labels button inside of a Working Shipment.

By default, Item Labels will have the product’s name printed on them, but you can change the label to say anything you want.

III. Add Custom Text to The Expiration Date Section (bottom right) of an Item Label

Did you know that you can add a custom message to the bottom right-hand corner of any item label? This is usually where the expiration date would go, but if you have a product that doesn’t need an expiration date, why not use this space for something else?

To add a custom message to the expiration date section:

1. Click the Printer icon next to the item of interest.

2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the Expiration Date field.

IV. Add Additional Info to Item and Box Labels Such As SKUs, ASINs, UPCs, and Titles

2D Workflow lets you customize your labels to include the information that you deem important to your business. Want to add an SKU to an item label or a UPC or Product Name to a Box Label? Not a problem!

To add custom info to your labels:

1. Go to the Settings menu by clicking your profile and then selecting the Settings option from the drop-down menu.

2. Navigate to the Add to Item labels and Add to Box labels sections and make your selection.

Note: By default, Item labels contain the FNSKU. That cannot be changed as Amazon requires it. However, you can also add the item’s SKU and ASIN to the label.

Note: By Default, Box Labels contain the FNSKU of the item in the box. This cannot be changed as Amazon requires it. However, you can add Titles, SKUs, UPCs, and ASINs to your Box Labels.
