Welcome to the Inventory page! Here, you can manage various aspects of your FBA inventory, add new products to your catalog, print labels on the fly, and much, much more.
The articles in the section will walk you through the basics. Let's get started:
I. Adding new products to your Amazon inventory
1. Click the Add Products button.
2. Enter the product name, ASIN, UPC, or EAN, and click the Search icon in the Add Product pop-up window.
| Tip!: You can also add new products to your catalog in bulk by uploading a file. To learn more, click here. |
3. Once you’ve found the product, click the Sell this Product button.
4. Enter a custom Seller-SKU (optional), your listing price, and the product condition in the corresponding fields. Click Add Product.
5. Next, navigate to the History tab to check the new listing’s status. If you’re approved to sell the item and it was listed successfully, the status will say “Submitted.” However, if there is a restriction on selling that item, such as needing approval, you’ll see a message in the Issue column.
| Important: Successfully listed products may not appear on the inventory page right away. 2D Workflow syncs inventory data with Amazon once every 24 hours, and any new products you add will appear then. However, if you don’t want to wait 24 hours, simply press the Sync button on the left-hand side of the screen under the Dashboard tab to manually synchronize inventory data with Amazon right away. |
