2. Click on the File Upload button next to the Create Draft Shipment button, and select Download Template.

3. Open the template, and enter the SKU, FNSKU, or ASINs of the items you wish to ship in the SKU column. Then enter the number of units you are shipping in the QTY column.

Tip!: The only fields required to create a draft shipment are the SKU & QTY column.
However, there's some more you can do:
  • Units Per Case: (if shipping case packed)
  • Location: item locations
  • Notes: custom notes for your ASINs
  • MM-DD-YYYY: expiration dates
  • EXPIRY TEXT: custom messages on item labels instead of the exp date
  • TITLE: custom messages on item labels instead of the Amazon title
  • UPC: entering a upc/ean code here will attach scanning it to this ASIN

4. Add an expiration date for the items in your shipment. This step is optional as you can always add the expiration dates later in the working shipment. However, adding them now will cause the dates to automatically populate in the shipment so that you won't have to enter them while packing.

5. Once you've filled out the template and saved the file to your computer, return to the FBA Inventory page and click on Upload Shipment File

6. Select the file from your computer and click the Upload button.

7. After successfully uploading your file, you will see the items and quantities that you selected.

8. Click the Create Draft Shipment button.

9. Enter a name for your shipment in the Draft name field (optional) and click the Create Draft Shipment button.

10. Once you've created your draft shipment, you'll find it in the Draft FBA Shipments Tab. Press the open button to access your draft. From there, simply process your shipment using one of the workflows (SPD, LTL/FTL, etc...)
