3. How To Add New Products To Your Inventory

I. Listing items individually

1. Click the Add Products button.

2. Enter the product name, ASIN, UPC, or EAN, and click the Search icon in the Add Product pop-up window.

3. Once you’ve found the product, click the Sell this Product button.

4. Enter a custom Seller-SKU (optional), your listing price, and the product condition in the corresponding fields. Click Add Product

5. Next, navigate to the History tab to check the new listing’s status. If you’re approved to sell the item and it was listed successfully, the status will say “Submitted.” However, if there is a restriction on selling that item, such as needing approval, you’ll see a message in the Status column.

Important: Successfully listed products may not appear on the Inventory page right away. 2D Workflow syncs inventory data with Amazon once every 24 hours, and any new products you add will appear then. However, if you don’t want to wait 24 hours, simply press the Sync button on the left-hand side of the screen under the Dashboard tab to manually synchronize inventory data with Amazon right away.

II. Listing items in bulk by file upload

1. Click on the Add Products button.

2. Locate and click the purple Upload Bulk File button.

3. Click on Download Template.

4. Open the file and add the required information for each product, such as the ASIN, your price and the listing condition. Then, save a copy of this file to your computer.

5. Return to the Add Products pop-up window and click on the orange Upload Bulk File button.

6. Select the file from your computer and click the Upload button.

7. After your items populate, click on the List These Products button to submit the new listings to Amazon.

8. Navigate to the History tab to confirm your products were successfully listed.
