3. How to See Which Items Were Received by Amazon

2D Workflow will show you how many units you shipped in a shipment, as well as how many of those units were actually received by Amazon. 

This can help you quickly find and investigate possible discrepancies for lost and missing units. 

To see which items were received by Amazon:

1. From inside the Shipped tab, the Received progress bar will show you how many units Amazon received compared to how many you actually shipped.  

2.  For more detailed information, simply click on one of your Shipped shipments. 

3. Here you'll see item-by-item how many units shipped, how many were received, and possible discrepancies in the Out column.
