How To Import Shipments Created Outside of 2D Workflow

You can use 2D Workflow to prep and finish any shipment that you created using another 3rd party software.

As long as your shipment is not a "Send To Amazon" shipment that was created on Seller Central, 2D Workflow will find it, sync with it, and allow you to process it through the software.

Note: 2D Workflow synchronizes your shipment data with Amazon once every 24 hours, and any new shipments created will appear then. However, if you don't want to wait 24 hours, simply press the Sync button pictured below to manually sync shipment data with Amazon right away.
