After creating sub-users in 2D Workflow, you can easily manage their permissions from the Users menu.

The Users menu can be accessed by clicking on Users via the drop-down menu.

Here's a breakdown of the different permission toggle switches:

  • Allow access: Gives the sub-user access to the software.

  • Create Shipment: Allows a sub-user access to the inventory page and the ability to create shipments.

  • Prep Shipment: With this toggle enabled, users can prep working shipments, print labels, and create boxes and box content.

  • Change Qty: This lets your sub-user edit item quantities, delete items, and perform the "Remove Unprepped Items" function. Disable this if you don't want your preppers accidentally changing item qty's.
  • Edit Notes: This permission gives users the ability to add, delete, and edit the Notes section of a product.

  • Edit Titles: This permission gives users the ability to edit the product title as it appears on the FNSKU label.

To assign permissions, simply toggle the switches on and off.

Additionally, if you have multiple Amazon Seller accounts connected to 2D Workflow, you can select which specific accounts you want to grant access to or restrict from a sub-user.

To do so:

1. Select your desired user by clicking on their email address and highlighting their row.

2. Next, enable (or disable) access to specific accounts via the storefront menu on the right-hand side of the screen.
