14. Adding Custom Notes to my SKUs

1. To add a sticky note to one of your products, simply select it from inside a shipment and add some text to the Notes column.

Note: These notes are "sticky" and will stay with the SKU in future shipments unless you override or delete them.

2. When a note is added, anytime you open up the items prep workflow, you (or your team) will see your custom message.

Tip!: They make a great way to relay messages and special instructions to your prep staff.

Tip!: You can also add notes to any item from the FBA Inventory page, or from inside a Draft Shipment.
