21. How to Void an Amazon Partnered Shipping Charge

1. From inside a Working or Shipped Shipment, click on Buy Shipping and Complete Shipment.

2. In the pop up window, click Void Charges.

3. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

Important: You can only void a partnered SPD shipment for up to 24 hours after confirming shipping. 

You can only void a partnered LTL shipment for up to 1 hour after confirming shipping.
