22. Where to Find my Amazon Reference ID

An Amazon Reference ID is a number needed for sellers who are shipping pallets to Amazon without using Amazon's Partnered Carrier service. You are required to provide Amazon with the Amazon Reference ID number as well as the FBA number in order to schedule delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Unfortunately, Amazon's API does not currently provide the Reference ID number. So, to get it you'll have to manually head over to Seller Central.

To find your Amazon Reference ID:

1. Once inside the Amazon Seller Central homepage, click on the Menu icon on the top left-hand side. 

2. Hover over Inventory and select Shipments. 

3. Inside the Shipments page, you'll see the Reference ID under your shipment's name next to the FBA number.
