1. Printer Settings

If you have issues with printing labels, the first you should do is make sure you have selected the correct label sizes from within the Settings menu. You can see how to do that here: Setting Your Label Preferences.

If problems still persist, please watch the video below to ensure the proper settings for your specific printer. Please note that the label sizes selected in your printer's settings should match the label size selected in 2D Workflow. 
 
Lastly, please ensure that your margins and headers are set to "none."
