9. Box Dimension Entry Setting

This setting lets you select your preference on how you would like to enter the dimensions of your boxes into the software: 

  • Default to destination region - Leave this as your default option for ease of use. 
  • Always imperial (inches, pounds) - Recommended if you're US-based. 
  • Always metric (centimeters, kilograms) - Recommended if you're operating from Europe, Asia, or anywhere else the metric system is used.

Note: 2D workflow will always convert box dims and weights to the appropriate format based on the marketplace you are shipping to. The above feature is simply for selecting how you prefer to enter that info into the software.
