6. How to Edit Quantities, Items and Boxes

I. Draft Shipments:

To edit item quantities 

  1. Click in to the 'Units' column.

 

To remove a SKU

  1. Click on the red X next to the item. 

Delete Items Using The 'Remove Unpacked Items' Button

  1. Pressing the 'Remove Unpacked Items' button will remove all SKU's and units that do not have any box configurations provided. 




II. Working Shipments:

To edit item quantities 

  1. Click in to the 'Qty' column.

    Important!: Amazon only allows changes of up to 5% or 6 units (whichever is more) per SKU.

    Important!: Editing an item's quantity in a Working Shipment is only available in 'Individual Item Splits' Pallet Shipments.

     

To remove a SKU 

  1. Click on the red X next to the item.

    Important!: Amazon only lets you remove items that have 6 units or less. Please note that once a SKU is fully removed from your Working Shipment, you will not be able to add it back in.

    Important!: Removing an item from a Working Shipment is only available in 'Individual Item Splits' Pallet Shipments.

     

Delete Items Using The 'Remove Unpacked Items' Button

  1. Pressing the 'Remove Unpacked Items' button will remove all SKU's and units that have not yet been packed into boxes. 

Important: This will only remove quantities and SKUs within Amazon's limitations of 5% or 6 units (whichever is greater)



Edit Boxes

  1. To edit the contents of a packed box, click the '⁝ icon'.


  2. In the pop-up window, edit items and quantities, and then press 'Save and Print New Box Label' to confirm.
