5. How To Track My Shipments and Find My Tracking Number

To track your shipments:

1. After completing a shipment and marking it as shipped, go to the Shipped Shipments tab in 2D Workflow.

2. Find the shipment you want to track.

3. Click on the Track Shipment icon pictured below.

4. In the pop-up window, you'll find your tracking numbers and other relevant shipping info.

5. Clicking on the tracking numbers will take you directly to the carrier website where you can access more information and track shipment progress.
